Delivery

 
For all items paid for before noon on a working day (i.e. Mon – Fri) we will try to despatch the same day for next working day delivery to mainland UK. However, courier companies will not guarantee this 100% so we cannot guarantee next working day delivery either.  All costs will be listed in your shopping cart.

In Transit Insurance

Your shipment charge covers both LOSS and DAMAGE but you MUST check the item when you receive it.  If the outer packaging looks damaged then mark the courier’s form as “Damaged”.  If you are unable to check it then sign it as “Unchecked”.

Any damage claim can only be accepted if reported within 24 hours of receipt and you will be unable to make any claim unless you have adhered to the above.

Please note that if you are not at home when the courier arrives he or she will “card” you and either they will re-deliver the item on an agreed day or you can pick it up.  Please also note, however, that if you arrange a date/time and then are not in you may then be charged for a third delivery.
