The DEFENDER bike lock is a first for us and it works just like a wheel lock on a motorcycle. When it is locked, a heavy duty pin goes through the wheel and connects to the other side of the lock thus forming a bridge between one side of the wheel and the other.

(31 Oct 1828 – 27 May 1914) was a British physicist and chemist, most famous for the invention of the incandescent light bulb for which he received the first patent in 1878. His house was the first in the world to be lit by a lightbulb.
